Bummer!

Tebow and the Broncos were schooled yesterday...an ignominious end to their season.

Ah, well.

Today, Ravens vs Texans and Packers vs Giants.

And you vs food?

I hope not. Remember at all times, food is your friend. It keeps you alive, it tastes good, every meal should be an enjoyable eating experience. And every exercise routine should be an enjoyable one, also.

Don't look at your weight training, your jogging, your eating, as necessary evils. Look upon them as fun - as being able to move freely which some people can't do (I refer to folks with MS or other diseases that cause them to exist in wheelchairs, etc).

Life is a gift, enjoy every day of it.
