Everything in moderation

Now, after my little rant yesterday, the fact remains that if you come from a family that has diabetes, your chances of getting it are high. And if you have diabetes, you have to eat certain foods, and not eat other kinds of foods.

In this blog, I'm only talking to people who are healthy with no such diseases - I'm not qualified to give a diabetic or an epileptic advice on how to control their weight.

But there are people who are - reputable people, and they should be consulted immediately after such a diagnosis.
