There are a few solutions.
In the long term, remember that as you eat less food every day, eventually your stomach will shrink so that you don't feel hungry all the time.
Until that day comes, try drinking water instead of snacking. (Although, don't drink too much water the hour before dinner, because you do want to eat a nice healthy dinner with adequate portions) then drink water afterwards to lessen any hunger pains that might arrive later that night...
